Prompts for Teacher Logs

Reminders for teacher logs - You don't need to answer each question separately, but try to cover the territory at some point in your log entry. 

• Which students did you talk to before or after class today?

• Which students did you talk to in your office today or during office hours?

• What did your class concentrate on today?
• What kinds of in-class activities did you do today?
• Which activities involved groups? How large were the groups? Did you assign students to groups or did they choose members themselves? If students grouped themselves, did you notice any patterns to the member selections?
• What went well in today's class? What didn't?
• Did you do anything you didn't anticipate before class began? What? Why?

Please remember to keep all email and collect papers for us to photocopy.
