- My home page is a "one-stop shop" which combines links to both work-related and personal information--it
contains links to, among other items, each course that I teach, the Tomball College Online
English Dept. Home
Page, some student Web pages I help with, some of my poetry and fiction projects, the East Texas/Louisiana Regional
ACW Home Page, and other sites, including hypertext fiction and technical reports written by my students, and even a
link to my daughter's home page!
-
Our first English composition and rhetoric course via modem was taught in Fall 1993
using a local bulletin board service (Wildcat BBS). Since that time, we
have expanded our course offerings to include literature and technical communications
courses as well, and have moved all courses to the World Wide Web.

Survey of American Literature I Home Page
 This link will take you to the course syllabus and schedule of a
distance learning American literature survey course which I taught completely over the Web
in Spring 1996.

 By clicking on this link, students can send a message to tutors in
our Learning Lab.
They can either ask a question or attach their essay to an e-mail message;
a tutor will read the essay and send comments back to the student via
