Welcome to TWUMOO,
an educational virtual environment sponsored by Texas
Woman's University!
The purpose of TWUMOO is to promote women and women's writing, as well
as to enhance distance learning initiatives and traditional classroom instruction.
Faculty, staff, and students are welcome to utilize TWUMOO for their teaching,
learning, and research.
We house three important women's archives: The 2nd Biennial Feminism(s)
and Rhetoric(s) Online Conference (FROC), Women's Collection of Electronic
Texts (WCET), and the Black Feminist Lecture Series (BFLS). To find these
archives, simply follow the link to the "Woman's Institute" below.
TWUMOO also archives the CW2K Conference, as well as the Federation Rhetoric
Symposium 1999 and 2000 Conference abstracts, chats, and papers from these
events can be found in the Learning Resource Center. If you would like to
visit these sites, please enter the archives from TWUMOO at http://moo.twu.edu:7000.
To receive information regarding the theory and philosophies underlying
our archives, protocols and goals of our archives, or other kinds of information,
please visit our "Learning Resource Center."
